INCIDENT:
Reported by: D Sear
Li was quiet at the start of my lesson, but when I asked the boys to begin work Li just kept
shouting things at the top of voice, such as ‘l will get my machete!’ I asked 9ALB to imagine that they
had won something e.g. a competition/X Factor etc, and write a diary entry to show how they were feeling etc. Li kept shouting and banging on the table. When 1 threatened him with isolation he wrote about a
quarter of a page in 2 minutes. However, his diary entry was all about last nights Eastenders. He really disrupted my lesson and some of the other boys as well. He only quietened down and worked when I
threatened him with isolation.
