Stopping teaching and learning. He refuses to stay quiet at the start of the lesson making it impossible to take register and introduce lesson. This happens every lesson in art! It is impossible to get him to do anything! Class mates have complained about how continually disruptive he is in EVERY lesson. Please can I have some support or advice.
