Li got up at 10:30am and went up for a shower. At 11 :40am he told staff that he would be going out with his friends and
will be home later. Staff explained to him that when he returns he will need to sit with staff and fill out his GP registration
form ready to take to the doctors tomorrow. Li agreed and left the house. Staff phoned Li at 21 :51 he said that he is at his
dad’s, he said he will be home about 23:00 his dad will walk him home. Li asked staff not to worry as he has his own key
to get in the house. Li back home at 22:40 and went to his room, he said his dad walk him home.
