Title:Night Shift
LH has been nursed on int.obs. He was quiet on the ward in the evening and spoke very little.
Once settled in his room he at first appeared red eyed as if he had been crying and support was
offered but he refused. Appeared to settle to sleep by midnight and has remained settled.

OT Intervention: creative expression
Li attended this group for its entire duration and appeared to be of positive mood throughout. He
interacted well with both staff and peers and attempted to learn some techniques using the bass
guitar and reading guitar tabs.
