Mrs Johnson (carer) came to let us know that Li has in fact broken his collar bone and asked what had happened. I confirmed that despite close questioning by Mrs Hill and myself  Li Harris was adamant he had not had a fall, trip, knock or anything similar therefore no accident form had been completed as – according to what we had been told – no accident had happened. She said she had been questioned by the hospital as they say running across the playground would not cause such an injury. He is in a lot of pain. Not in today, has hospital appointment on Wednesday morning.
