While the provision aims to support young people through periods of distress, historical data indicates challenges in maintaining long-term stability without proactive de-escalation interventions. Effective future oversight relies on staff consistently implementing early intervention strategies, managing heightened behavioral episodes safely, and minimizing unplanned endings to ensure young people experience secure and reliable living arrangements.
