• Placement Stability Narrative: While formal placement stability metrics remain undetermined in the current dataset, evaluation of operational dynamics requires continuous monitoring of placement disruptions, the frequency of emergency notice behaviors, and the implementation of proactive de-escalation strategies by the staff team to sustain placements and prevent unplanned endings.
• Lived Experience of the Child: The quality of care from the perspective of the children living in the provision requires ongoing assessment to ensure their voices are actively heard, their individual needs are met, and they feel safe and supported within the environment.
• Safeguarding Effectiveness: Robust safeguarding practices must be consistently evidenced to ensure that children are protected from harm, neglect, and abuse, with clear pathways for managing risks and responding to incidents.
