Title:Late shift
Li has been observed to be euthymic in mood during the day. He refused to attend either the
yoga group or musical theatre group, and asked to have the TV/Xbox cabinet unlocked but was
told he would have to wait until after group time, which he accepted. Before and after dinner he
played on the Xbox a lot. At dinner time he ate well, and asked for an extra portion. At 19:30 he
asked to go to bed as he was tired. Staff explained that he would have to wait for the night staff to
come onto the ward before he could be allowed up to his room. He asked if it could be care
planned for him to go to bed early, as he sometimes goes to bed at 19:30 at home, and he was
advised to speak to his care team regarding this. – —————————- Confirmed By CMcKenzie@ 16/05/2012
