Li Harris found his mental health was rapidly declining due to one of the residents in placement who was going through sever mental health episodes and was very loud and destructive at times. Li Harris was heading to contact with family one evening and he told them they had to find him a new placement who would not return. Dr. Michael Olydemi made the decision to transfer Li Within the company to another House Simon House therapeutic Unit Based in Rochester, Medway where Li Remained for the remainder of his time with Independence Development Ltd.
